General Terms and Conditions

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Le Scameur / WohlfühlRaum AG. By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions.

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded once we have confirmed the order.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in justified cases, in particular if an offered item has already been sold due to a technical error.

Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs shown during the ordering process may apply in addition.

The price displayed at the time of ordering is decisive. The available payment methods are shown during the ordering process.

Originals and One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the artworks offered are handmade originals or one-of-a-kind pieces.

Due to the handmade production process, slight differences in colour, texture, shape, or size compared to the product images may occur. Such minor deviations are characteristic of an original and do not constitute a defect.

Availability

Many of Le Scameur's works are one-of-a-kind pieces and are therefore available only once.

Should a work no longer be available due to simultaneous orders or a technical error, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. Any payments already made will be fully refunded in this case.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided when the order was placed.

Estimated delivery times and the respective shipping costs are shown, where possible, in the online shop or during the ordering process.

We accept no responsibility, to the extent permitted by law, for delays that are beyond our direct control, in particular those caused by shipping providers or customs authorities.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only possible after contacting us in advance.

Since many products are originals, one-of-a-kind pieces, or individually crafted works, returns may be excluded for such products to the extent permitted by law.

In the case of damaged or defective items, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible after receiving the delivery.

Copyright

The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical work only.

All copyright, image, reproduction, and usage rights remain, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, with Le Scameur or the respective rights holder.

Commercial reproduction or use of the works and images is not permitted without prior consent.

Liability

We are liable within the scope of statutory provisions for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our separately published Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published at the time the contract is concluded shall apply to each order.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of WohlfühlRaum AG. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, in particular for consumers, remain reserved.
